  Auto Shop service was incredibly helpful. They were thorough and answered any questions I had before, during, and after the service was performed getting my vehicle safety completed. They recommended auto body shops to me, and the manager gave me lifts back and forth despite the fact the company vehicle was in for service.

  Wife got a slow cooker for Christmas from her mother who lives in Alberta. She'd decided to return it to purchase a different kind of Slow cooker from Canadian if they had one. Didn't have a copy of the original receipt. When she approached the lady working in customer service she was very rude. I understand if she need an original copy but was extremely rude about it.

  I came into Canadian Tire as my third stop for a hockey helmet for my 6 year old son. I am a single mother and not knowledgeable about helmets in any way, and was frustrated at the lack of help from my previous places I had visited this evening. I was by myself and trying them on him, not being able to figure out the adjustments or how they fit. I was getting teary, and upset at my own failed attempt. Finally two young men came to help. One said (I don't recall his name) he wasn't familiar with helmets but he was pretty sure another coworker, Logan, was. He came and helped. He tried several on, explained how they worked, and was the most polite and helpful young man. I went from being upset and frustrated to relieved and happy. Great work, and great staff!! Thank you so much. I'm not sure he knew how much I appreciated his great job. Thanks again. Keep up the good work!

  Was at the Moose Jaw store on Red Thursday and the staff were exceptional! The fella in Harware couldn’t seem to help us enough!! AND After asking a customer were she picked up an item the gal in housewares tracked me down to assist me! Seemed everywhere we went in Moose Jaw the staff was excellent

  I had to return some wire because I bought the wrong gauge I had it exchanged all the paperwork done within 5 to 8 min. Staff was very polite and helpful I definitely go back again.
