  We made fairly impromptu plans for a one-day stay and massages. All of the quick experience was amazing, and they even offered free pool yoga classes! They took safety into consideration, and closed the pool when an electrical storm was happening (indoor/outdoor pool), and the massage was ooooooooo!! I recommend Tyson, the massage therapist. The only reason for 4-stars is because the wait to actually check in was about 30 minutes, and the check out attempt was much the same. We got stuck behind some entitled rich b****es who wouldn't step aside to allow business transactions to occur.

  We enjoyed the pool - it was warmer than I had thought, but good. Our 5 year old didn't completely like the pool because it was too warm for her; however, our 10 month old seemed okay. It was a nice touch to offer cold towel rolls to cool off while in the pool. We went to the outdoor side of the pool but the water was just too warm for me.

  For being a "luxury spa" it sure is dated, overpriced, and inconvenient. The heat/ac system was impossible to regulate. The bathroom was run down and appeared dirty. No where to hang towels and wet bathing suits, considering there were 3 of us in the room. Our key cards would finally work after the 20th swipe. It was an absolute RIP OFF for what they offer. The mineral pool was nice and relaxing but next time I will stay at a different hotel and commute to the spa. Very disappointed.

  Extremely disappointed in the hotel! Price was way too high for the poor quality of the room. Could not regulate the heat--either way too hot or way too cold. Bathtub finish was peeling off-looked dirty. No place to hang wet swimsuits and damp robes. Key cards didn't work. Very dated rooms. Definitely need major updates! Mineral pool is great as far as the water is concerned but the entire pool area is shabby and not very clean. Will never stay here again or recommend! What a dump!!!

  Overall, if you enjoy a warm mineral pool soak - this is a good place to be.

  The rooms definitely need updates, especially for the price. Bathroom door won't close, heat is impossible to adjust, probably because it's still from mid-century. Paint peeking, toilet slow flushing, finish is gone from tub, which makes it look filthy. No place to even hang wet swim suits! I won't be back. I'll stay at another hotel & commute to the spa. Even though the water is nice, the whole facility is looking shabby. Renovations shouldn't have stopped at the lobby!
