  1 star is for the staff only and that there is a small slide, pool and hot tub that the kids enjoyed. The staff were very kind and as helpful as they could be. Our room key had to be reset the first day we couldn't get into our rooms constantly then the second day they had to reset again. It was annoying. The pull out sofa bed was absolutely the worst...seriously! it was nothing but springs..we had to put extra pillows down so our hips didn't dip down to the floor..literally! It's very hard to find rooms for a family of 6 so for the room and the price...i guess that was a positive. I would like to see head office deal with what we had to deal with...terrible!

  Room was very good. Clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was good.

  Reasonable rates, friends fly service, clean rooms. Good breakfast and pool.
