  I spent three nights at the heritage inn for a conference. The check-in/out was smooth and the employee's where friendly. The room I stayed in wasn't super fancy but it was clean and had everything you needed for a comfy sleep. The room was scorching hot when I first entered but alittle window opening and turning off the heat fixed the problem. The in-house fitness room was nothing fancy either but it was nice to use the treadmill and keep to my fitness goals while traveling. My first night I was able to use the pool, it was quiet and the hot tub was very relaxing. I would of used the pool facilities more if they hadn't had someone take a bath in the hot tub which required them to do a full clean and re fill with different water. Overall was a pleasant stay in Moose Jaw and I thank the heritage inn for having me.

  Our room is super clean and the bed is really comfortable. We added the breakfast package which was another $20 total for 3 nights and we get breakfast every morning which was a great deal.

  It was much more expensive than it was worth, highly recommend checking out the place on Main Street instead (Grant Hall?). Arrived in town a couple hours earlier than anticipated so we went to find out if we could get an early check in to drop off our bags and got a lot of attitude from the front desk guy (who worked *really* slowly) just for asking a question. Had my dog with me which they knew about during booking. Unfortunately, the rules about pets were incredibly confusing (told me if I left my dog alone at all we could he removed from the hotel but also it was confusingly ok to leave him there at the same time), and the front desk guy was so sour when I asked for clarification it was kind of demeaning. Just terrible customer service. Two stars for a worthwhile breakfast and the use of a pool. It's a small city, the location doesn't make this place worth it. Just come separately for their breakfasts.
