  Clean, fast, efficient. Food is what it is, a nice change from burgers. Their chicken burgers are my favorite item on the menu. Location was clean and well-kept. Lots of parking. Drive-through. Meal was good.

  It's quick and not terrible. There is a drive threw. They used to be better though. Oh they deliver.

  My husband went to use a coupon a couple weeks ago and they used the wrong code and charged him almost double what the order was supposed to be. We called when he got home and I realized the mistake. They gave us a free meal, that we were very grateful for, which we decided to use tonight. Well... that was a BIG bust. When my husband walked in, there were 3 staff standing at the till and they scattered like cockroaches when they saw him, the chicken was overcooked to the point that we could barely chew through the coating, there was so much pepper on the sandwiches that our mouths burned and noses ran, and I had so little chicken on my sandwich that half of what I ate was just bun and peppery mayo with a sprinkle of slightly browned lettuce. Very difficult to feed a 9 month old food that is way too spicy. We will never go to KFC in Moose Jaw ever again, instead we will drive to Regina. I was really looking forward to this meal as we do not eat out very often, but was very sadly disappointed. �� And I do NOT want anything from the restaurant over this... all I want is to share so that maybe someone else won't get this kind of experience.

  Men's washroom had no hot water and no soap. Women's washroom had no hot water and the blow-dryer didn't work. I could hear the toilet stall door bang when a male staff member apparently used the toilet. Wonder how he washed up.
